Kalki's Realist Theory of Civilization’s Geo-Political Realism Theory
-Civilization’s Theory of Geo-Political Realism in International Politics- Chapter 2- Diplomacy of Civilizations- by Kalki Gaur(1) Diplomats promote Civilization’s Interests. Abstract: One. The principal goal of Indian Diplomats should be to promote the interests of Indian Civilization that is a Brown Aryan-Dravidan civilization as well as a Hindu civilization. The principal goal of American Diplomats should be to promote the interests of American Civilization that is a Protestant Civilization as well as an Anglo-Saxon civilization. Two. More than 100 independent countries that existed in 2000 shall lose their independence and sovereignty before 2025. The rise of petro-colonial empires and rise of European Union as a super-state signals the likely demise of the Nation-State system in the International order. Three. The nation-civilization system shall become model for reorganizing nation states that are destined to lose their independence in the 21st Century. India and USA are the Exemplar in the post-Nation State international system. The multitude of independent nation states should be regrouped around eight or ten civilization wide nation states, such as India, United States, China and European Union. Four. The Civilizations Geopolitical Theory looks at the current international events from the historical eyeglass of the civilizations, where events of the present analyzed with the wisdom acquired by historical studies to foresee the future. (1) Diplomats promote Civilization’s InterestsThe principal goal of Indian Diplomats should be to promote the interests of Indian Civilization that is a Brown Aryan-Dravidan civilization as well as a Hindu civilization. The principal goal of American Diplomats should be to promote the interests of American Civilization that is a Protestant Civilization as well as an Anglo-Saxon civilization. The principal goal of Chinese Diplomats should be to promote the interests of Chinese Civilization that is a Yellow Han civilization as well as Buddhist-Taoist-Confucianist civilization. The Indian, American and Chinese civilizations are civilizations of tolerance, inclusion and diversity and oppose the practices of intolerance and exclusion. In 21st Century the Sword of tolerance inclusion diversity and matriarchy mightier than the Swords of intolerance exclusion iconoclasticism and patriarchy.
(2) Likely demise of Nation-State SystemMore than 100 independent countries that existed in 2000 shall lose their independence and sovereignty before 2025. The rise of petro-colonial empires and rise of European Union as a super-state signals the likely demise of the Nation-State system in the International order. India, Pakistan, Bangladesh should redirect their foreign policies to enhance the national interests of South Asian civilization. Pakistan and Bangladesh shall gain more by promoting the interests of Indian Civilization than the interests of Islamic civilization. India will profit more by promoting Pakistan led Mughal Caliphate of Islam as it would bring the entire Middle East under the control of Indian civilization. Muslim Pakistan rather than sell nuclear technology for peanuts should rather use the nuclear weapons to establish Pakistan-led Mughal Caliphate in the Middle East that includes Iran, Saudi Arabia and Libya. The Confederation of India, Pakistan and Iran shall solve the problem of Islamic nuclear terrorism.
(3) India is Exemplar Post-Nation StateThe nation-civilization system shall become model for reorganizing nation states that are destined to lose their independence in the 21st Century. India and USA are the Exemplar in the post-Nation State international system. The multitude of independent nation states should be regrouped around eight or ten civilization wide nation states, such as India, United States, China and European Union.
These are the arguments that authors presents in this chapter.
2(1) Talk Point(1) Civilization’s Geopolitical TheoryThe Civilizations Geopolitical Theory looks at the current international events from the historical eyeglass of the civilizations, where events of the present analyzed with the wisdom acquired by historical studies to foresee the future. The geography, history, culture and religion and real politics become one single perspective in Geopolitics.
Let us take a case study of Iraq War. President Bush ushered in the new age of colonial empires, when America invaded Iraq to establish oil colony over-oil-rich Iraq. Iconoclast Semite Israelis and Semite Saudis hijacked the secular imperialist agenda of the Bush’s Iraq War, by destroying the cultural history of Babylonian Iraq, making it the religious iconoclastic War to impose the rule of Wahhabi Mecca over secular liberal Iraq. Semite Wahhabi murdered the two leading Shiite clerics in the holiest Shiite shrine at Karbala. Wahhabi Mecca’s dream to conquer secular Iraq turned into dust when the liberation of Karbala unleashed the religious fervor among Shiites of Iraq, which might turn the balance of power in the Middle East in favor of Shiites and Iran. President Bush’s war on non-Semite Iraq, and President Ronald Reagan’s warlike support to Afghan Mujahideens, President Bill Clinton’s war on Orthodox Slav Yugoslavia, Voodoo black Haiti, and President Jimmy Carter’s coup against Shah of Iran, all these policies represented White Western Christendom’s war on rival civilizations. The destruction of the 5,000-year old pagan artifacts in Baghdad Museum and the imposition of Semite Wahhabi rule over Iraq and Syria could be the Semite wars on non-Semite Islamic nations. Did Protestant President Bush waged the war on Iraq to promote the interests of Semite Wahhabi Islamic civilization or to promote the interests of Semite Israeli civilization? Was President Bush’s war on Iraq “Operation for Wahhabi Mecca Caliphate” or “Operation for Israeli Security” or “Christianity’s War on Islam?” India and Russia can turn the tables against United States and Saudi Arabia by militarily supporting Iran.
As a leader of the leading world power, President Bush is fully entitled to change the nature of the world order at will, and usher in the new age of colonial empires in 21st century. Any form of new world order becomes legitimate international system if the leading world powers accept it. President Bush started the new age of American oil colonial empire and President Putin accepted it, it became legal and legitimate. President Chirac and Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder tactically opposed it, on the grounds that it undermined the national interests of France and Germany, but they never challenged the right of President Bush to fundamentally alter the nature of the world order and International system.
The Theory of Civilization Geopolitics allows the observers discern the impact certain policies would make in the Civilizations Balance of Power. The diplomats of multi-ethnic multi-religious civilization nation states could arrive at conflicting perceptions of national interests. The theory of Civilizational Geopolitics allows the diplomats to overcome the ethnic bias of the diplomat decision makers. The realist theory could suggest a number of alternative foreign policy options, which may have different Civilization impacts. The American diplomats of different ethnicity could formulate different policies promoting American national interests that may alternately harm or support ethnic interests of civilization interests of WASPs, Jews, Catholics and Protestants. Theory of Civilizational Geopolitics allows practitioners of realism, Real Politik, Raison d’etat, Balance of Power discern the impact the policies would have on the global balance of power among five religion based world civilizations, namely, Hindu, Buddhist, Christian and Islamic Civilizations. It also allows to asses the impact of real politik policies on race religion based civilizations, namely white Christian, yellow Buddhist, Brown Hindu, and brown Muslim civilizations. It also allowed to assess the impact of real politik policies on continent based civilizations, namely Civilizations of Christian Euro-America, Hindu Asia, Buddhist Asia, and Islamic Middle East.
The Author in this chapter purports to present a ‘Theory of Civilization’s Geopolitics’ of World Politics. The test by which such a theory judged is not a priori and abstract, as historical, empirical, and pragmatic. Judge the theory of Civilization’s geopolitics by its purpose to bring order and meaning to the mass of daily world news, to explain the rise and fall of civilizations and world powers. The Civilization’s geopolitical eyewear allows the Diplomats and Rulers to bring order and meaning to the daily world events, in light to its impact on civilizations, world order, religion, culture, economy, and technology. This is the argument author develops in this section.
(2) Political Nature of CivilizationsThere are seven Civilizations in the world in 21st Century, namely, the Civilizations of (1) China, (2) India, (3) Europe, (4) America, (5) Mestizo South America, (6) Arab, and (7) Africa. India and United States are the two sides of the same river that can never meet but destined to remain near to each other and could neither meet nor separate, so long as the river lives. India and United States represent two distinct Civilizations, the Indian Civilization and American Civilization. American Civilization is as much related to the European Civilization as Indian Civilization is related to the Chinese Civilization. The roots of American and European Civilizations are similar, but European Civilization represents the flowering of the Catholic Christianity and American Civilization represents the flowering of the Protestant Christianity and these two similar Civilizations however would go separate ways. Russian Civilization shall merge with the European Civilization, as Imperial Russia finds common synergy with France and Germany. European Union would emerge as the common White European Christian Civilization, where three principal rival sects of Christianity, namely, Catholicism, Protestantism and Orthodoxy would find common grounds and the New Constitution would adopt American innovation of the separation of the State and Church. Russia would no longer promote the interests of the Third World and jettison the Soviet traditions. Just as Mediterranean separates White Christian Civilization of Europe and North African Arab Muslim Civilization, the Rio Grande River separates the English-speaking White Protestant United States and Canada from the Spanish-speaking Brown Mestizo Catholic Latino Civilization. The major Civilizations of the world are: (1) Yellow Buddhist Chinese Civilization that includes Japan and Korea; (2) Brown Hindu-Buddhist-Muslim Greater Indian Civilization that includes India, Iran and nations of South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Central Asia; (3) White Christian European Civilization that includes Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Russia; (4) White Western Christian English-speaking American Civilization that includes United States, Canada, Britain, Ireland and Australia; (5) Brown Mestizo Latino Catholic and native American Civilization that includes Mexico, Central America, Andean America, South America and the Caribbean; (6) Arab Sunni Muslim Civilization that includes Arabian Peninsula, North Africa, the Middle East excluding Shiite Aryan Iran; (7) Black African Civilization that includes Christians, Muslims and Pagans in the entire continent of Africa. Brown Mestizo South American Civilization would gradually merge into the Brown Indian Civilization of Asia, because of common identity of the brown race and it would focus on the common interests of the Brown race. Brown Hindu Indian Civilization would gradually merge into Yellow Buddhist Civilization of China, because of common Hindu-Buddhist-Taoist-Shinto Culture and it would focus on the common interests of Asia and jointly herald the advent of the Asian Century in the 21st Century. English speaking Commonwealth of Nations could emerge as a distinct Civilization of its own because of the common language and similar political and legal system. Pan European Civilization shall emerge out of the synthesis of the Christian Catholic, Protestant and Orthodoxy cultures and Papacy would have very limited role in the Pan European Civilization that would focus on the common interest of the White European race.

(0)(26) Ten Principles of Doctrine of Civilizational Geopolitics
(0)(21B) 2(2) Ten Principles of Civilization Geopolitics, (1) Chapter 2 Page 156. Abstract. First. The 1st Principle of Civilizations Geopolitics is: Civilizations Do Not Die. Civilization’s Geopolitical Realism believes that world politics, like world history in general, governed by objective laws that have their roots in material nature, human nature, and the rise and fall of civilizations.
Second. The 2nd Principle is Principle of Wars of Religions. The Principle of Wars of Religions states that religion defined the Civilization’s interests predominate over national interests and ethnic interests. World politics is reconfiguring and along cultural lines.
Third. The 3rd Principle is the Principle of the threat of Barbarians to Civilizations. The principle of Barbarians threat to Civilizations states that the looming Global Dark Age threatens the world in 21st Century.
Fourth. The 4th Principle is the principle of Rise-Fall of Weapon Systems. The principle of rise and fall of weapon systems states that the geopolitics of weapons systems and weapons platforms affects the world politics. Diplomats should realize the limits of Diplomacy and the limited role diplomacy plays in the rise and fall of civilizations.
Fifth. The 5th Principle is the principle of Rewriting History. The principle of Rewriting History states that the world history and the history of the Civilizations should be periodically rewritten to highlight the truths and to dump the falsehood that the victors propagated by their control over writing of history. Writing of history is a political act. Every civilization has a historical perspective that helps develop a consensus about world-view of the civilization. Every age rewrites history.
Sixth. The 6th Principle is the Principle of No Permanent Civilization’s Enemy or Friends. The Principle of No Permanent Civilization’s friends or enemies, states that the Civilizations have no permanent friend or permanent enemies.
Seventh. The 7th Principle is the principle of Permanent Tug of War. The principle of eternal War of religions states that between Ancient Religions of Idolaters and Goddess and New Religions of iconoclast Monotheists, an Eternal War has been going on between the ancient world of Goddess worshipping matriarchal civilizations and patriarchal civilizations of male Gods.
Eight. The 8th Principle is the principle of Iconoclast Communism. The principle of Iconoclast Communism states that Karl Marx was a prostitute philosopher. Russian Jews remained fanatic Orthodox Jews and helped Bolsheviks destroy Eastern Christianity.
Ninth. The 9th Principle is the principle of Natural Law of Racial Selection. The principle of Natural law of racial selection states that the dislocating sweep of the Global Clash of Races is the discovery of Natural Selection of Races.
Tenth. The 10th Principle is the principle of Raison d’etat of Richelieu. The principle of the Raison d’etat of Richelieu asserted that the well being of the state justified whatever means was employed to further it. The national interest supplanted the medieval notion of Christian morality. The balance of power replaced the nostalgia for universal monarchy. Richelieu bluntly advocated the interests of French Civilization and didn’t bother to clothe in the disguise of religion or ideology. The interest of the French civilization was good enough for Richelieu. The Raison d’etat of Civilizations does not restrict its policy options by Wilson Ian camouflage or ideologies. In the world inaugurated by Richelieu, states were no longer restrained by the pretense of a moral code. If the good of the state was the highest value, the duty of the ruler was the expansion and promotion of the national interests. The stronger would seek to dominate, and the weaker would resist by forming coalitions to augment their individual strengths. If the coalition was powerful enough to check the aggressor the balance of power emerged. Otherwise some country would achieve hegemony. The outcome was not preordained and was therefore tested by frequent wars.)

(1) Civilizations Do Not DieFirst. The 1st Principle of Civilizations Geopolitics is: Civilizations Do Not Die. Civilization’s Geopolitical Realism believes that world politics, like world history in general, governed by objective laws that have their roots in material nature, human nature, and the rise and fall of civilizations. In order to improve human civilizations it is first necessary to understand the eternal geopolitical laws by which the civilization lives. The operations of these laws being impervious to our preferences, diplomats, rulers, and policy-makers will challenge them only at the risk of failure. Human nature, in which the laws of politics have their roots, has not changed since the beginning of human civilization, when the philosophers of India, China, Persia, Egypt, Greece, Inca-Peru, and Maya-Mexico endeavored to discover the Universal Eternal Laws of Nature.
(2) Principle of Wars of ReligionsSecond. The 2nd Principle is Principle of Wars of Religions. The Principle of Wars of Religions states that religion defined the Civilization’s interests predominate over national interests and ethnic interests. World politics is reconfiguring and along cultural lines. Peoples and countries with similar cultures are coming together. Peoples and countries with different cultures are coming apart. Alignments defined by ideology and great power relations are giving way to alignments defined by culture and civilization. Sate boundaries will coincide with cultural ones: ethnic, religious, and Civilization’s. Cultural communities are replacing Cold War blocs. The fault lines between civilizations are becoming the central lines of conflict in global politics.
(3) Principle of the threat of Barbarians to CivilizationsThird. The 3rd Principle is the Principle of the threat of Barbarians to Civilizations. The principle of Barbarians threat to Civilizations states that the looming Global Dark Age threatens the world in 21st Century. Global Crime Syndicates, Drug Cartels, Terrorists, Mercenaries, Apocalyptic Religions, and Iconoclast fundamentalists represent the threat of barbarians to human civilization. Their role is similar to that of Devil in religion. Worldwide, civilization seems in many respects to be yielding to barbarism, generating the image of an unprecedented phenomenon, a global Dark Age, possibly descending on humanity. The rise of transnational corporations producing economic goods is increasingly matched by the rise of transnational criminal Mafia, drug cartels, and terrorist gangs, violently assaulting civilizations. Law and order the first prerequisite of Civilization appears to be evaporating in many civilizations.
(4) Principle of Rise-Fall of Weapon SystemsFourth. Inventor of new Weapon System can contribute more towards the rise and fall of civilization than the Princes and Diplomats. Diplomats should learn to read the geopolitical trends that transcend Machiavellian politics. Diplomats should not embark upon grandeur real-politic schemes much more than the geo-politic potential of their nation states. Leaders of the major civilizations alone should play major role in world arena.
(5) Principle of Rewriting HistoryFifth. History writing is an art of recreating the past in the light of the victor. History writing is a very effective instrument of Civilization’s politics. Confessions may be good for the soul, but making a clean breast of prior calamities can be dangerous for a dictatorial regime. Communist history is sheer propaganda. Without clear-cut historical perspective, no nation can develop long-term foreign policy. Hindu world-view should help rewrite Indian history to highlight the bright side of Hindu civilization. Indian history rewritten from a Hindu perspective will guide 850 million Hindus in the next Millennium. Hindu history of Asia will empower Hindus in conceptualizing Civilization’s expansionism in the next Millennium. Indian history written by Christians, Muslims and Communists cannot do justice to Hindu aspirations. Hindu history of Greater India helps define Hindu destiny of Hindu civilization in the next Millennium. In the information Age the rewriting of history books plays a very important role in information warfare and propaganda.
(6) Principle of No Permanent Enemy or Friend of CivilizationsSixth. The 6th Principle is the Principle of No Permanent Civilization’s Enemy or Friends. The Principle of No Permanent Civilization’s friends or enemies, states that the Civilizations have no permanent friend or permanent enemies. Civilizations have only permanent interest in the survival and rise of the Civilization. Every Civilization’s promotes its interest and has neither a permanent Civilization’s enemy, nor a permanent Civilization’s friend. Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox, Sunni, Shiite, Hindu, Buddhist, and Inca-Maya civilizations enter temporary Civilization’s alliances to promote their Civilization’s interests. There is no single Christian or Islamic civilization. Catholic civilization aligned with Sunni civilization to put Orthodox Christians in Greece, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Egypt, and Lebanon under Muslim rule to settle their Civilization’s disputes with Eastern Church. More Shiite Muslims have died at the hands of Sunni Muslims than at the hands of non-Muslims. Catholic Church is the principal enemy of Eastern Church. It is likely that Serb will start the religious word war by dropping a thermonuclear device stolen from Russia on St. Paul’s Cathedral in Vatican. Catholic-Protestant war of religions will ignite in the twenty-first century to rival the Catholic massacre of Protestants during wars of Counter Reformation. Leaders of Protestant Church have realized that Denominations should focus on Anti-Papacy the core principle of Reformation, to boost active membership in Protestant Church. Shiite Iran seeks to conquer Saudi Arabia. Sunni Taliban militants in Afghanistan periodically massacre Shiite Afghans. Due to the Semite Islamic terrorism the Brown Hindu Civilization, white Orthodox Slav Russian and yellow Buddhist Chinese Civilization might join forces with white Protestant American civilization to wage common war on Semite Islamic terrorism.
(7) Principle of Permanent Tug of WarSeventh. Religion had been the principle guiding principle underlying many wars waged by Christian nations and Islamic nations in the 20th Century and earlier. Catholic Papacy and Wahhabi Mecca waged wars on pagan tribal religions in Africa. Semite Jews, Semite Islam and Judeo-Christians have formed the Axis of monotheist iconoclasts to wage wars on Hindus, Buddhists and pagans.
(8) Principal of Iconoclast CommunistEight. The 8th Principle is the principle of Iconoclast Communism. The principle of Iconoclast Communism states that Karl Marx was a prostitute philosopher. Russian Jews remained fanatic Orthodox Jews and helped Bolsheviks destroy Eastern Christianity. Vatican Agents had hired Karl Marx write an Iconoclast atheist ideology, which may destroy Orthodox Czar and Eastern Christianity. Soviet Communism effectively destroyed Russian economy, and Russian Orthodox Church. Did Joseph Stalin secretly convert to Catholicism? Catholic Joseph Stalin perhaps murdered 30 million Orthodox Russians not because they were enemy of the Communist State but because they were devout Orthodox Christians. Jews became top leaders in Soviet Communist system, because they were more influential in the West than other ethnic Russians. Jews played a very important role in raping Russia during Soviets. Jews made billions in the recent massive flight of Russian capital to the Jew controlled Western financial system. Slav Orthodox churches in Russia, Georgia, Armenia, and Ukraine do not recognize Hinduism as a religion.
(9) Principle of Natural Law of Racial SelectionNinth. The 9th Principle is the principle of Natural Law of Racial Selection. The principle of Natural law of racial selection states that the dislocating sweep of the Global Clash of Races is the discovery of Natural Selection of Races. The austere logic of the Rise & Fall and Clash of Civilizations and Clash of Races, spans three seemingly unbridgeable metaphysical chasms. The clash of races, civilizations and religions unites the nonliving national resources and the living populations, the nonhuman geopolitical forces and human ingenuity, and the physical technological advancements and the mental philosophical evolution into a single fabric of intelligent material causation and resulting diplomatic and political responses of the ruling elites of the world. If one could accept the prize, the prize is principled explanation of the world history from antiquity to the present time, and a logical geopolitical design of world politics, diplomacy and foreign policies of the major world powers.
(10) Principle of Raison d’etat of RichelieuTenth. Each state in pursuing its own selfish interests, would also contribute to the safety and progress of all the other states. The earliest formulation of this new approach came from France, which was also one of the first nation states in Europe. Richelieu promoted the interests of French Civilization at the cost of the interests of German civilization or Papal Civilization. Indian diplomats should promote the interests of Indian civilization, not the interests of Universal Catholic Church or International Communism. The European Union should promote the interests of European Civilization not the interests of Papacy or America.
Richelieu’s Raison d’etat promoted the long-term interests of French civilization, even if it contradicted with the personal religious beliefs of France’s Catholic King. To Richelieu the French civilization was the principal goal, which overrode the personal religious interests and preferences of the Catholic royal family. France was the country that stood to lose the most by the reinvigoration of the Holy Roman Empire. The principal for Raison d’etat and the balance of power was the Cardinal de Richelieu, First Minister of France from 1624 to 1642. Richelieu put the French national interest above Catholic religious goals, and supported the rebel Protestant Princes, to oppose the Hapsburg attempt to re-establish the Catholic empire as a geopolitical threat to France’s security. To Richelieu it was not a religious act but a political maneuver by Austria to achieve dominance in Central Europe and thereby to reduce France to second-class status. Salvation might be his personal objective to Richelieu, the Cardinal, but to Richelieu, the statesman, it was irrelevant. The man is immortal his salvation is hereafter. The state has no immortality its salvation is now or never. States do not receive credit in any world for doing what is right. States are only rewarded for being strong enough to do what is necessary. Richelieu argued that success of Counter Reformation would reduce France to an appendage of Holy Roman Empire. Richelieu’s Raison d’etat opposed the imperial ambitions of Hapsburg Counter Reformation Wars as the geopolitical threat to France. Similarly present day France and Germany would view Bush Doctrine as the geopolitical threat to France and Germany respectively.
Richelieu thwarted the consolidation of German cities into German Civilization of Habsburg Holy Roman Empire. Richelieu thwarted the Habsburgs and the Holy Roman Empire was divided among more than 300 sovereigns. Germany failed to become a nation-state, absorbed in petty dynastic quarrels. As a result Germany developed no national political culture and calcified into a provincialism from which it did not emerge until late in the 19th century when Bismarck unified Germany.
Richelieu promoted the interests of the French Civilization and opposed the conflicting secular ambitions of the Papacy, even when he himself was the Catholic Cardinal a Pope’s Prince. Richelieu must be remembered as one of the seminal figures of modern history and secular diplomacy, if evaluating the statesman, for reaching the goals he sets for himself is a test. Richelieu left behind a world radically different from the one he had found and set in motion the policy France would follow for three centuries following the Peace of Westphalia of 1648, after the Thirty Years War. The Doctrine of Raison d’etat grew into the guiding principle of European diplomacy. “In the matter of state, he who has the power often has the right, and he who is weak can only with difficulty keep from being wrong in the opinion of majority of the world.”
Richelieu promoted the interests of French civilization by weakling the German civilization. Richelieu delayed German unification by two centuries. The initial phase of the Thirty years’ War can be viewed as a Habsburg attempt to act as the dynastic unifiers of Germany. Richelieu thwarted the Habsburgs and the Holy German Empire was divided among more than 300 sovereigns, each free to conduct an independent foreign policy. Germany was turned into the battleground of most European wars, many of which were introduced by France. Germany missed the early wave of European overseas colonization. France reasoned that the success of Counter Reformation would reduce France to an appendage of Habsburg. For 200 years after Richelieu, France was the most influential country in Europe. Few statesman of any country can claim an equal achievement. Richelieu’s greatest successes occurred when he was the only statesman to jettison the moral and religious restraints of the medieval period.
The outcome was not preordained and was therefore tested by frequent wars.
Rival European powers adopted Richelieu’s raison d’etat to harm the interest of French Civilization by holding it in check, and to seek alliance with every other European Civilization to tame and hold French Civilization in check. European balance of power emerged from the effort to contain France. In the end, France’s pursuit of raison d’etat was reigned in by the self-interest of Europe’s other states. France would remain the strongest state in Europe, but it would not become dominant. It was the textbook case of the functioning of the balance of power. This is the argument author develops in this chapter.

Diplomacy of Civilization’s Foreign Policy
(0) (21C) 2(2) Civilization’s Foreign Policy, (1) Chapter 2 Page 158. One. The Civilization’s Geopolitical theory could provide the analytic tools to evaluate whether the American policy makers formulated American’s foreign policy to promote the permanent geopolitical national interests, or ethnic interests of WASPs, Jews, Catholics or Military industrial complex. The ethnicity of the diplomats and policy makers influences the perceptions and policies of the policy makers. The foreign policy of East Europeans Kissinger, Brzezinski and Albright was materially different from the foreign policy of black women secretary Condoleezza Rice.
Two. The purpose of the diplomacy is to promote the long-term interests of the Civilization, to which the State belongs, so long as the religious and civilization’s interests do not clash with the national interests of the State. India’s diplomats should define the national interest of India in terms of the social, cultural, religious and civilization’s interests of Hindu and Buddhist Civilizations.
Three. The theory of civilizational geopolitics helps American President evaluate the foreign policy recommendations of his advisors to understand the ethnicity basis of their policy advices.)

(1) Semite Destruction of Ancient TemplesImperial Roman Julius Caesar burnt the legendry Library of Alexandria. Imperial America the 21st Century’s Roman Empire allowed Museum of Antiquity to be looted. Semite iconoclastic monotheists were responsible for the destruction of the ancient pagan Hindu temples as well as Apostolic Gnostic Christian Churches of ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome. Semite race looted Baghdad Museum of Antiquity as a revenge of the Babylonian Captivity of Jews by Assyrians. The looting of Baghdad Museum of Antiquity would rank with the burning of Library of Alexandria as the barbarian acts of the Europeans against civilized Asia. Barbarian Julius Caesar ordered the ancient library of Alexandria be burnt, while he courted Cleopatra, the last of Pharaohs. Semite monotheists looted the ancient pagan temples of Egypt, Syria, Libya, Greece and Rome, when Christian Roman Emperor Theodosius I imposed by royal decree Christianity as the official religion of Roman Empire. Damascus Jews looted the Christian Churches of Egypt, Syria, and Libya along with Muslim Semite Bedouin during 7th Century. The looting of the Baghdad Museum of Antiquity and destruction of 5,000-year old pagan artifacts by zealous Semite Wahhabi barbarians, who in 2001 destroyed the 2,000-year old Bamian Buddha in Afghanistan, could give a clue that the 2003 America’s war on Iraq camouflaged the Semite iconoclast monotheist agenda to impose the Semite control over non-Semite secular Iraq. What counter measures the ancient civilizations and ancient religions could take to retaliate against the iconoclast monotheist Semite Wahhabi religious intolerance?
(2) Hidden Ethnic Motives of the DiplomatsThe Civilization’s Geopolitical theory could provide the analytic tools to evaluate whether the American policy makers formulated American’s foreign policy to promote the permanent geopolitical national interests, or ethnic interests of WASPs, Jews, Catholics or Military industrial complex. The ethnicity of the diplomats and policy makers influences the perceptions and policies of the policy makers. The Civilization’s Geopolitical Theory would help understand whether the destruction of Orthodox Christianity by Bolsheviks and massacre of Orthodox Russians by Bolshevik Jew spymaster Lavrenti Beria, served the national interests of Soviet Union, or ideological interest of Semite Marxism or the religious interests of Judeo-Christian Catholic Church. Applying this theory, the Soviet leaders could have realized that Georgian Eduard Sheverdnadze promoted the secessionist interests of Georgia, and the interests of western Christendom, while serving as Soviet Foreign Minister. The White Anglo Saxon Protestants are the dominant ethnic people in the United States, just as Russian Slavs in Russia, Huns in China, Hindus in India, Catholics in Italy, Semite Jews in Israel, and Semite Wahhabi in Saudi Arabia. What role ethnicity of the WASPs and their perception of geopolitics and history, should play in the formulation and the articulation of the foreign policy and defining of geopolitical national interests of United States, even when the ethnicity of the American policy maker happened to be Jew, or Catholic, or Hispanic, or Chinese, or East European, or Russian? Did President Kennedy invade Vietnam to advance the Catholic agenda of Papacy in predominantly Buddhist Vietnam, when he imposed the rule of Christians in South Vietnam, when Christians represented only 15 percent of the population? Did American and British colonialism promote the rule of Semite Wahhabi Bedouin tribes of Mecca to establish Semite Wahhabi Kingdoms in Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Jordan, and Semite state of Israel to promote the interests of Semite race, which had played no dominant role in the Arabian Peninsula during the Second Millennium? Did Christian Roman Emperor Theodosius I (d. 395 AD) promote the interests of Hellenic Jews when he imposed Christianity throughout Roman Empire? Did the looting of the Museum in Baghdad and destruction of the 5,000-year old pagan historical artifacts, the destruction of the 2,000-year old Bamian Buddha in Afghanistan by Semite Taliban, and the destruction of Angkor War Hindu Vishnu deities, and the theft of the 2,000-year old Buddha head from China and the bombing of the Hindu Borobudor temples in Indonesia, suggest that Semite iconoclast monotheist traditions, via Semite Wahhabi Islam, Judeo-Christian Catholic fundamentalism, and Semite Marxism formulated the foreign policies of various countries to promote the hidden religious agenda, not the national interests of their countries.
(3) National Interest of Civilization StatesIn America is due to administrative spoils system every new President hires new policy makers and top diplomats to formulate the foreign policy of his administration. The theory of civilizational geopolitics helps American President evaluate the foreign policy recommendations of his advisors to understand the ethnicity basis of their policy advices. How would one evaluate the policy advice of the top American policy advisers of different ethnicity? Whether the new American foreign policy promoted the short-term or long-term geopolitical interests of Protestant WASPs, or Catholics, or Jews or Big Oil or Military-Industrial Complex? How to evaluate whether the foreign policy advice of Indian diplomats promoted the national interests of India or harmed the civilization interests of Hinduism? Whether or not the religious interests of the American Protestant WASPs, Indian Hindus, Chinese Buddhists, French Catholics, and Orthodox Russians taken into account while formulating the foreign policies and national interests of United States, India, China and Russia? How should the religious, cultural, ethnic civilization interests of the dominant ethnic group in the multi-ethnic states find expression, while formulating the national interests of the multi-ethnic civilization nation states? How should perceptions of WASPs, Slavs, Huns and Hindus determine the foreign policies and national interests of United States, Russia, China and India?
(4) Diplomats Promote Civilization’s InterestsThe purpose of the diplomacy is to promote the long-term interests of the Civilization, to which the State belongs, so long as the religious and civilization’s interests do not clash with the national interests of the State. India’s diplomats should define the national interest of India in terms of the social, cultural, religious and civilization’s interests of Hindu and Buddhist Civilizations. The secular approach to India’s national interests may harm India’s long-standing cultural ties with Hindu Nepal, Buddhist Tibet, Hindu Bali, Buddhist Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Promoting closer ties with Buddhist nations of Asia should be India’s top priority. India should seek closer diplomatic ties with Buddhist Japan, South Korea, North Korea, Mongolia, Taiwan, Thailand, Burma, Laos, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Nepal. India should support the overthrow of the Communist regime in China, and help the Buddhist revolution in China, to establish Buddhist government in China. The fundamental objective of India’s diplomacy to bring about closer ties among nations of Hindu and Buddhist Civilizations, between Indian Civilization and Chinese Civilization.

(1) Five Civilization World PowersThe Five Civilization world powers are: United States, United Europe, Russia, China and India. The four major civilizations are: Indian Civilization, Chinese Civilization, White Christian Civilization of America, United Europe and Russia, and Arab Civilization. After the demise of the Soviet Union and the entry of the Slav East Europeans into European Union, the entire white Christian world, North America, United Europe and Russia became a one White Christian Civilization, and Slav Orthodox Russia became one with the Western Christendom. The Christian white world, Buddhist yellow world, Hindu brown world and Islamic world are four major civilizations. The Africa’s blacks are either part of the Christian or Islamic civilization. The Muslims of Pakistan, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Indonesia are part of the Greater Indian Civilization and not part of the Semite Arab Islamic civilization. Semite Jewish Israel is part of the Semite Islamic Civilization, not part of the European Christian Civilization, as throughout last two millenniums European Christians kept Jews in Ghettos and the Christian bias against Jews continued to persist in continental Europe in the 21st Century.
The idolaters, pagans, Hindus, Buddhists and Native Americans outnumber monotheist iconoclast Christians, Muslims and Jews. Civilizations of Hindus, Buddhists, Christians, Muslims and Incas represent five major civilizations on basis of religion and race. Civilizations of Brown Indians, Yellow Chinese, White Europeans, Black Africans, Arabs, and Red Inca America are six major e civilizations. India, China, Western Christendom, Slav, Islamic Arab, Native Americans, Black Africans represent seven civilizations.
Six major civilizations
There are only six major civilizations in the world. They are: (1) Brown Indian Hindu Civilization, (2) Yellow Chinese Buddhist Civilization, (3) White Western Christendom Civilization, (4) White Orthodox Slav Civilization, (5) Islamic Persian-Arab Civilization, (6) Brown Inca/Maya Civilization, (7) Black African Pagan Civilization.
Seven largest national economies
The seven largest national economies in 2002 in size in terms of Gross Domestic Product (GNP at PPP) are: United States ($8.35 Trillion), China ($4.11 Trillion), Japan ($3.04 Trillion), India ($2.15 Trillion), Germany ($1.84 Trillion), France ($1.29 Trillion) and Britain ($1.23 Trillion). The population of India and China exceeds one billion each. The combined population of Western Europe and United States and South America exceeds one billion. The nuclear weapons powers of the world in terms of the size of nuclear arsenal are: United States, Russia, China, Britain, India, France and Pakistan. Among the top 4 economies of the world, United States belongs to the white Western Christendom Civilization, China and Japan belong to Chinese Buddhist Civilization, and India and Pakistan belongs to Indian Hindu Civilization. Among the nuclear weapons powers of the world, three nuclear powers, United States, Britain and France belong to the Western Christendom Civilization, Russia belongs to Orthodox Russian Slav Civilization, China belongs to Chinese Buddhist Civilization, India and Pakistan belong to Indian Civilization. As a Civilization Muslim Pakistan belongs to Indian Civilization not part of the Persian-Arab Islamic Civilization. Among the top six largest economies of the world, United States and India belong to the Allied Powers the victors of the Second World War, Germany, and Japan belonged to the Axis Powers, who were defeated in the Second World War. Nazi controlled France and Japanese colony China were in the Axis Power camp. Oswald Spangler’s forecast of the Decline of the West came prophetically true in the 21st Century. None of the former colonial empires has the resources to play world power role, argues Henry Kissinger.
Religion is the defining principle of the Civilizations
Religion is the defining principle of the Civilizations. Western Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism and Islam define the civilizations of Western Christendom, Chinese, Indian and Persia/Arabia. Oriental Civilization groups together the Civilization of China, India, Japan, Korea and Indo-Chinese Hindu-Buddhist Civilization of Southeast Asia. Diplomats of India, China and Japan should promote the interests of Hindu, Buddhist, and oriental Civilizations. This is the argument author develops in this section.
(2) Total Number of Civilizations in HistoryOn the total number of civilizations that have existed in the entire human history, there are little differences.
Quigley: Quigley argues for sixteen (16) clear historical civilizations, and very probably eight (8) additional civilizations.
Toynbee: Arnold Toynbee placed total number of civilizations at (23) twenty-three.
Spengler specifies eight (8) major civilizations in history. McNeil discusses nine (9) civilizations in all of history.Bagby: Bagby also sees nine (9) major civilizations.
Braudel: Braudel identifies nine (9) civilizations. Rostovanyi identifies seven (7) contemporary civilizations.
Melko: Melko concludes twelve (12) major civilizations in history, seven- (7) of which no longer exist, and five- (5) civilizations do exist. The civilizations of (i) Mesopotamia, (ii) ancient Egypt, (iii) ancient Crete Carthage, (iv) Ancient Greece, (v) Maya/Aztec, Andean Inca Civilizations no longer exist, says Melko.
Major world civilizations are (1) Indian-Hindu, (2) Chinese-Mahayana Buddhist, (3) Inca-Maya-Amerindian, (4) Protestant-Catholic, (5) Orthodox, and (6) Sunni-Shiite Muslim civilizations.
The ancient religions and ancient civilizations of Incas, Mayas, Aztecs, ancient Egypt, ancient Greece, ancient Rome and ancient Persia would stage a comeback in the 21st Century to reclaim their lost lands, just as Jews returned after 2000 years and reclaimed the land of Israel for Jews.
(3) On Hindu Indian CivilizationThrough the western Punjab runs the mighty river Indus, a thousand miles in length; its name came from the native word for river; ‘Sindhu’ which the Persians changing it to ‘Hindu’ applied to all northern India in their word Hindustan, i.e. “Land of the Rivers.” Out of the Persian term ‘Hindu’ the invading Greeks made for us the word India. The Greek word Indian is used to applying to India in general and the word ‘Hindu’ could be used in the same sense, following the custom of the Persians and the Greeks. The Indians knew this river as ‘Sindhu,’ and the Persians, who found difficulty in pronouncing an initial ‘s’, called it ‘Hindu’ by eliminated prefix ‘s’ from ‘Sindhu.’ From Persia the word passed to Greece, where the whole of India became known by their name of the western river. The ancient Indians knew their subcontinent as Jambudwipa or Bharatvarsha. The term ‘Jambudwipa’ included Indian Subcontinent, Tibet, Mongolia and Central Siberia up to North Pole. The name Bharat has been adopted in the Indian Constitution as the name of the country. The name ‘Hinduism’ means the civilization of the Hindus, originally, the inhabitants of the land of the Indus River. The Old Persian and Vedic languages are closely allied, and the most marked difference being that the Vedic sibilant becomes an aspirate in the language of Avesta, the sacred literature of ancient Persia. Thus the Soma is Haoma in Old Persian and Sindhu is Hindu. The Greeks knew the race with whom they thus came into contact as Hindus or Indians, the people of the Indus. The term Hindu is the Persian equivalent of the Indo-Aryan term ‘Sindhu,’ ‘River’ ‘the Indus’ the equivalence is a simple application of the regular phonetic relation, between the Indo-Aryan and Iranian branches of the Indo-European language family. The initial ‘S’ is retained in Indo-Aryan but changed into ‘H’ in Iranian, while aspirated voices stops like ‘DH’ are retained in the Indo-Aryan but lose their aspiration in Iranian language. The Iranians used the word ‘Hindu’ to designate the river ‘Sindhu’ and the countries and populations around and beyond the Sindhu. From Persians the Greeks borrowed the river name as Indus and the people’s name as ‘Indoi’ hence English terms ‘Indus’ ‘India’ and Indian.’
(4) Defective Realist Theory of World AffairsMYOPIC REALIST THEORY: The Diplomats trained in the Realist theory of International politics failed to foresee the fall of the Berlin Wall, and the disintegration of the Soviet Union. Realist theory explains the behavior among nations, but fails to grasp the long-term impact of the state behavior on the state itself. The myopia of the “Theory of Political Realism” brought the world to the brink of a world war. The term ‘World Politics’ emphasizes major events affecting the future of the world. The term ‘International Politics’ concerns international behavior of nations, and overlooks the long-term impact of the diplomacy, other than its impact on national security. The term ‘International Affairs’ also includes events other than behavior of states. The main signpost that helps political realism to find its way through the landscape of international politics is the concept of interest defined in terms of power. The Realist Theory cannot help the partitioned nations define their world role in the light of their common historical experience. Realist theory cannot help India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh diplomats draw upon the historical legacy of British Imperial Policy to define their present day policies. Similarly, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan are baffled in using the wisdom of Czars and Soviets to present day diplomacy.
(5) War on IconoclastsTRINITY GODHEAD’S WAR ON ICONOCLASTS: The Realist theory fails to exploit scriptural differences to promote Civilization’s and national interests. The Christian concept of God, especially Catholic concept of Trinity Godhead, God as Father, God as Son, and God as Holy Ghost have following qualifications. Trinity concept believes that God has a Form, since Formless cannot be a Father or a Son. Trinity Holy Ghost is the Formless, Omnipresent concept of God that is present throughout the Creation. God as Father represents the Omnipotent God as Creator of the universe. God as Son represents Jesus as the manifestation of God. Trinity concept of God is similar to Hindu concept of God. Jews as blaspheme, idolatry, condemn Christian Trinity godhead. Jews and Muslims condemn Trinity godhead as opposed to Monotheism of Islam and Judaism. God of Christians is different from the concept of Almighty in Islam and Judaism, but similar to concept of God in Hinduism. Christianity is nearer to Hinduism than it is to Judaism and Islam. Catholics and Hindus shall be Allies in the forthcoming civilization’s war, and pool resources to impose the Catholic Trinity Godhead over Islamic and Judaic Civilizations. Hindu troops could help Vatican Pope launched Crusades in Arabia and North Africa to bring the ancient civilizations of Syria, Turkey, Egypt, and Libya into the folds of Christianity. Women of Turkey, Syria, Egypt, Libya, and Algeria prefer to be part of Western Civilization, rather than fundamentalist Saudi Arabia. Once United States and NATO troops, establishes permanent military bases in the Arab world, the Christianizing process will become a stampede. Hindu India should promote the Christianizing of North Africa and Mediterranean Arabia, even if it is against the national interest of India. Christianizing of the Islamic world may create a bigger Christian threat to Hindu Civilization. Realist theory would support Hindu India join forces with Islamic fundamentalists. The Civilization’s theory equates Islamic fundamentalism with barbarians, which requires the alliance among civilizations to stamp out the evil of barbarism. Kautilya-Chanakya theory of Mandala states that the neighbor of your neighbor is your friend. Islamic Civilization has been at war against Christian civilization. Hindu-Christian Civilization’s alliance, and subsequent Christianizing of North Africa, Turkey, Syria, and Iraq, will eliminate the menace of Islamic fundamentalism to India, China, and Russia.
(6) Genocide in Civilization’s warfareEXPLAINING GENOCIDE: The Realist theory fails to explain the genocide perpetrated by Catholic Joseph Stalin in Soviet Union, Catholic Mao Zedong in China, Catholic Pol Pot in Cambodia, Sunni Idi Amin in Uganda. Stalin was responsible for ordering the execution and starvation deaths of more than 30 million Orthodox Christians. Mao was responsible for deaths of 60 million Buddhists. Christian Pol Pot caused the deaths of 2 million Buddhist Cambodians. Muslim Idi Amin and Christian Tutsi military of Uganda murdered one-fourth population of Tribal Ugandans, who followed tribal animist religions. Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, and Idi Amin had monopoly of power and they committed mass murders not to promote their political, real-politick agenda, but to promote their hidden religious agenda. Their political talk was a ploy to camouflage their genocidal religious agenda. Stalin executed Orthodox Christians, Mao and Pol Pot executed and starved to death Buddhists, and Idi Amin and Christian Tutsi soldiers massacred Tribal Ugandans, to realize the common goal, to baptize these nations. Mass-murders communists have justified their genocidal game plan in terms of Realist theory. By overlooking the Civilization’s and religious implications of the policy, the Realist theory inadvertently legitimizes the rule of genocidal, anti-religious, devilish Communists. The Realist theory cannot explain the anti-Right purges launched by Mao Zedong in 1957 in China. The Realist Theory cannot explain the on-going genocide of Buddhist Falun Gong’s members, by Communist rulers in China. The theory of Civilization’s Geopolitics explains that Communism is not a political doctrine, as Communism is a genocidal religious doctrine, planning to massacre the non-Judaic and non-Catholic civilizations of the world. Civilization’s theory advocates that World War Crimes Court prosecute Communists for Crime of Humanity and War Crimes for murders committed by Stalin, Mao, and Pol Pot. The Civilization’s theory advocates the worldwide political ban of Communist Parties and subsequent trial of every Communist for War crimes and crime of genocide. The Civilization’s theory advocates that Hindu India, and Catholic-Protestant United States should join forces to install a Buddhist government in China, by overthrowing Communist regime in China. Realist theory cannot explain why India and United States will join to install Li Honghzhi future President of China.
(7) Birth of Inca Maya Indian StatesThe Realist theory is inadequate to conceptualize the birth of new sovereign States in Africa along tribal ethnic frontiers. The Realist theory could not foresee the breakup of the Soviet Union. The Realist theory cannot help us understand the disintegration process underway in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Australia that is giving rise to numerous new sovereign states of Native American Indians, Mayas, Aztecs, Incas, Amerindians, and Australian Aborigines. The theory of Civilization’s Geopolitics allows a better understanding of the future international politics in the future. The Civilization’s theory will avoid the problem of ethnic cleansing in case of the disintegration of the United States, Canada, Brazil, and Australia. Civilization’s theory helps solve the problem of nuclear proliferation in case of the disintegration of the United States. The peaceful transfer of the populations from the native, black, Hispanic, Catholic and Protestant regions, and peaceful redistribution of military equipment, will avoid full-scale wars among Brown-Black-White races in the Mexico, and Brazil.
(8) Redistribution of world’s Continents- Asian rule over AustraliaThe realist theory fails to explain the main conflict of the next century, the redistribution of the continents of the world. White race is no longer predominant race in the world. Thereby, the continued occupation of North America, South America, Siberia, and Australia by peoples of White European is against the cannons of justice, and is the primary cause of the looming Civilization’s war. The Civilization’s theory suggests that White civilization need to make suitable compromises to promote Civilization’s peace on this planet. Soviet Union shall surrender half of Eastern Siberia to China and India. Australia shall become the common heritage of the mankind and immigrants from all over the world shall be welcome in Australia and New Zealand. Australia, New Zealand, and Siberia shall cease to be White man’s lands in the early part of 21st century. Central America and half of South America belong to Incas, Mayas, Aztecs, Amerindians, and Native American Indians. Civilization’s theory supports Native American tribes, Incas, and Mayas shall lead indigenous peoples of the world.
(9) Civilizations do not dieThe Realist theory cannot explain how few thousand Muslim warriors could conquer the whole of North Africa, Syria, Iraq almost the entire civilized occidental world. The Realist theory cannot rule out that the suppressed civilizations may resurrect and re-conquer their ancestral lands and expel the race of invaders. The dominant races in ancient Libya, Egypt, Syria, Mesopotamia, and Babylon did not belong to Semite Arab race. This region was inhabited 2000 years ago by black African race with curly hairs and Black South Indian Dravidian race with straight hair. They called their God Rab. Even Jesus used world Rab to describe Almighty. These people were the people of ‘Rab’, their civilization was matriarchal, agricultural, and goddess worshipping civilization. The fair-skin Arabs were nomads, shepherds and served as slave workers. The homeland of Semite Arab race was Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Yemen, Oman, and Jordan. The Arab people called Arab, meaning A-Rab, the people who do not worship the God/Goddess Rab. Muslim Arab warriors conquered the nations of Egypt, Syria, Libya, and massacred their men-folk and took over their women-folk. The native colored peoples of Egypt, Syria, Libya, Iraq, and Turkey, who had been suppressed by fair Semite Arab race, would revolt and expel Arab men, and discard Arab language. They would resurrect their ancient Aramaic language, the language spoken by Jesus. The Civilization’s theory explains that Hindu India support the original ‘Rab’ peoples of Middle East to expel Arabs from Mediterranean Africa and Arabia. The Realist theory fails to explain the aspirations of the subjugated civilizations. Whole world was Hindu 3000 years ago. Black-Brown Dravidian race of South India dominated every civilization from Morocco to Australia to South America. All world religions are likely to merge into vast ocean of Hinduism during the next Millennium. The rise of India as Neutron weapon power signals the rise of the Brown races of the world. Brown race account for the majority of population in Egypt, Iraq, Arabia, Iran, Central Asia, Sinkiang-Xinxian, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Pacific Islanders, Mexico, Central America, Guyana, Surinam, French Guiana, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, and Brazil. Brown-White racial wars will herald the expulsion of the minority white Hispanic peoples, from Mexico, Brazil, Central America, Peru, Bolivia, and Ecuador. India will support the cause of the brown races. Brown races outnumber the Yellow, White, and Black races of the world. Estimates suggest that Brown races account for the 40 percent of the world population. Brown race is destined to rule the world by the end of the 21st century. The Civilization’s theory of International politics seeks to develop a common worldview of the Brown peoples of the world.

(1) 1st Principle-Eternal CivilizationsCivilization’s Geopolitical Realism believes that world politics, like world history in general, governed by objective laws that have their roots in material nature, human nature, and the rise and fall of civilizations. In order to improve human civilizations it is first necessary to understand the eternal geopolitical laws by which the civilization lives. The operations of these laws being impervious to our preferences, diplomats, rulers, and policy-makers will challenge them only at the risk of failure. Human nature, in which the laws of politics have their roots, has not changed since the beginning of human civilization, when the philosophers of India, China, Persia, Egypt, Greece, Inca-Peru, Maya-Mexico endeavored to discover the Universal Eternal Laws of Nature.
(2) Civilization’s InterestsThe main signpost that helps Civilization’s Geopolitical Realism to find its way through the landscape of World Politics, World History, World Religions, and World Civilizations is the concept of ‘Civilization’s Interest.’ Civilization’s Interest defined in terms of civilization’s share of world’s Power, Wealth, Resources, Lands, Population, and Trade.
This concept provides the link between reason trying to understand Civilization’s politics, world politics, world history, and the facts to understand. It sets Civilization’s Geo-Politics as an autonomous sphere of action. It understands Civilization’s Geo-Politics apart from other academic spheres. International Affairs understood in terms of interests defined in terms of national power, for protecting the freedom of states and governments. World Economics understood in terms of interest defined as wealth and private property. Foreign Diplomacy understood in terms of interest defined as interest of national ruling elite. It is illusion to assume that every politician, diplomat, and policy makers is qualified, enlightened, and patriotic to promote Civilization’s interests at the cost of personal political and financial interests. Most of the politicians, diplomats and policy makers are corrupt, dishonest, incompetent, or simply traitors, who camouflage high treason, theft of public property, and policies promoting personal aggrandizement, electoral interests, party politics, bureaucratic interests, as national interests, and societal interests.
(3) Statesmen Pursue Personal InterestsWe assume that World Statesmen think and act in terms of Civilization’s Geopolitical interest defined as Civilization’s share of world Power, Wealth, Resources, Lands, Population, and Trade. That assumption allows us to separate true World Leaders that determine the flow of world history, from mobs of career diplomats, elected officials, politicians, bureaucrats, and exploiting rulers. World history in general and Civilization’s history in particular made by select few. The theory allows us to retrace and anticipate, as it were, the steps a World Statesman, a Historical Person, a History Maker-past, present, or future- has taken or will take on the world scene, to make New History. The theory allows the Enlightened Rulers tap the geopolitical force of the nature to carve out a new future world. The quality of motives of true World Statesmen determines the quality of World Politics. The quality of motives of World Statesmen determines whether the human civilization is heading towards higher civilization. The Civilization’s impact of the major policies determines, whether a particular world leader belongs to Divine Empire or Evil Empire. The long-term Civilization’s impact of policies determines, which World leader placed on high pedestal and honored, or violently overthrown and publicly hanged.
Civilizations in History
(4) World Outlook of Civilizations Does Not Die.History records the influence of World Politics as a part of Civilization’s Politics. Civilizations have been a single permanent future of human history. Nations come and go, but civilization remains forever. Civilizations never die. Human Civilizations represent a world-view, a view of life, and a conception of religion. Civilization is an idea superimposed on a geographic reality. The idea of the vanquished civilization lie dormant for thousands of years, but it invariably resurrects, overpowering the barbarian invaders that overtook it. World Politics becomes intelligible only when studied from the Civilization’s perspective.
Civilization’s Geopolitics believes that world politics like history in general, governed by geopolitical laws that have roots in history and human civilization. In order to improve civilizations it is first necessary to understand the laws, by which civilizations undergo the cyclical rise, fall, and again arise. The operation of the historical geopolitical laws being impervious to human preferences, diplomats will challenge them only at the risk of failure.
(5) Rational Theory for Objective LawsGeopolitics believing as it does in the objectivity of the laws of history, must also believe in the possibility of developing a rational theory that reflects these objective laws. Human nature, in which the laws of world politics have their roots, has not changed since the classical philosophies of China, India, and Greece endeavored to discover these laws. Scholars generally agree in their identification of the major civilizations in history and on those that exist in the modern world.
(6) Total Number of Civilizations in HistoryOn the total number of civilizations that have existed in the entire human history, there are little differences. Quigley argues for sixteen (16) clear historical civilizations, and very probably eight (8) additional civilizations. Arnold Toynbee placed total number of civilizations at (23) twenty-three. Spengler specifies eight (8) major civilizations in history. McNeil discusses nine (9) civilizations in all of history. Bagby also sees nine (9) major civilizations. Braudel identifies nine (9) civilizations. Rostovanyi identifies seven (7) contemporary civilizations. Melko concludes twelve (12) major civilizations in history, seven- (7) of which no longer exist, and five- (5) civilizations do exist. The civilizations of (i) Mesopotamia, (ii) ancient Egypt, (iii) ancient Crete Carthage, (iv) Ancient Greece, (v) Maya/Aztec, Andean Inca civilizations Melko says no longer exist. Major world civilizations are (1) Indian-Hindu, (2) Chinese-Mahayana Buddhist, (3) Inca-Maya-Amerindian, (4) Protestant-Catholic, (5) Orthodox, and (6) Sunni-Shiite Muslim civilizations.
(7) Civilizations of India and ChinaForeign policies of India and China can be evaluated in terms of its impact on the Indian and Chinese civilizations. China and India have had a single civilization throughout history. The foreign policies of Mughal India did not harm Indian civilizations. During Mughal Empire power of Indian civilization had increased, rather than declined even when foreigners acquired control over India. The foreign policy Indian Empire during British rule did not harm the power of Indian civilization. The economic and social policies of British rule immensely harmed Indian civilization. The foreign policies of South Indian empires created greater India in Southeast Asia. Historically Tibet, Burma, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, and Indonesia had been under Hindu Buddhist influence for many centuries. The foreign policy of Mohandas K. Gandhi, and Prime ministers Jawaharlal Nehru, and Indira Gandhi harmed Indian Hindu civilization. Similarly, the foreign policy of Chiang Kai sheik and Communist China has harmed Chinese civilization and helped Catholic-Protestant civilization. Communist Chinese leaders are misusing the military and police power of China to weaken Chinese civilization. Foreign policies of Pakistan and Bangladesh harm the Indian civilization, without helping the Sunni-Shiite Islamic civilization. Foreign policies of Catholic Joseph Stalin harmed the Orthodox civilization. Foreign policy of Boris Yeltsin did not harm the Orthodox civilization. Foreign policy of President Bill Clinton has harmed the Protestant civilization of America. Russian invasions of Napoleon, William Kaiser II, and Adolph Hitler did not harm the Catholic civilization. Defiance of Slobadan Milasovich against NATO bombing greatly strengthened Orthodox civilization even in defeat and economic disaster. Prime Ministers Atal Behari Vajpayee has repositioned Hindu Indian civilization as a major player in the Civilization’s balance of power. Nuclear weapons make Pakistan the leader and Caliph of the Islamic civilization. During next decade, the Western Europe will become an insignificant adjunct to the Super-American Civilization. The rise and fall of civilizations does not mean that the world civilization die forever.

(1) World Politics ReconfiguringPromote Interests of the Civilizations.
(2) Multi-Civilization’s OrderGlobal politics is both multi-polar and multi-Civilization’s. Modernization is distinct from Westernization and is producing neither a universal civilization in any meaningful sense nor the Westernization of non-Western societies. A civilization-based world order is emerging. Societies sharing cultural affinities cooperate with each other. Efforts to shift societies from one civilization to other are unsuccessful. Countries group themselves around the lead or core states of their civilization.
(3) Shifting Civilization’s BalanceThe balance of power among civilization is shifting. The West is declining in relative influence. Asian civilizations are expanding their economic, military, and political strength. Islam is exploding demographically with destabilizing consequences for rich Muslim nations with smaller populations. The non-Western civilizations are reaffirming the value of their own cultures. The Catholic and Protestants, Western Christendom’s universal pretensions increasingly bring it into conflict with Orthodox, Sunni, Buddhist, Hindu, and Tribal civilizations.
Humans are moving into an age when different civilizations will have to learn to live side by side in peaceful interchange. The alternative in this overcrowded little world is misunderstanding, tension, clash and catastrophe. The future of both peace and Civilization depends upon understanding and cooperation among the political, spiritual, and intellectual leaders of the world’s major civilizations.
An international order based on civilizations is the best safeguard against war. Conflicts between civilizations dominate the world politics. The Clashes between civilizations are the greatest threat to world peace. The critical distinction between people are not primarily ideological or economic, it is cultural. The culture and cultural identities, which at the broadest level are Civilization’s identities, are shaping the patterns of cohesion, disintegration, and conflict in the post-Cold War world. Avoidance of a global war of civilizations depends on world leaders accepting and cooperating to maintain the multi-Civilization’s character of world politics.
(4) Proselytizing MenaceThere is no fundamental right of religious conversions. Catholic missionaries cannot demand any right to proselytize in multi-ethnic societies, due to their heritage of Inquisition, when Catholic inquisitors burnt, tortured, and killed millions of helpless men and women for exercising their human right of religious freedom. Catholic and Protestant missionaries are demanding unfettered right to evangelize and baptize tribal Indians, without allowing freedom to Hindu missionaries to convert Native Americans, Australian Aborigines, Mayas, Incas and Aztecs. Christians are criticizing India for restricting conversion of Hindus while keeping silence over the death sentences handed to Christians in Pakistan for Blaspheme. Why Christians do not criticize the restriction on religious conversions in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, Syria, Jordan and UAE. India will demand the right to preach the ancient religions of Greece and Rome, God Zeus-Jupiter-Indra, God Apollo-Mithra-Surya-Ra, Goddess Isis-Innanna-Kali-Kwanyin to the European Christians.
(5) Christianity's Moving FrontiersThe moving frontiers of Christianity caused Civilization’s conflicts. Led by United States the oceanic frontiers of Christianity are banging on the Buddhist civilizations of Japan, Korea, China, Burma, Sri Lanka, India, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand. United States intervened in Philippines to expel Spanish causing the death of 600,000 Filipinos. United States uses the soldiers at military bases to soften local inhabitants by converting them into Christians by first turning them into prostitutes to serve military bases. The young bachelor soldiers at the military bases in the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, South Vietnam, Okinawa, and Japan have converted many Buddhist girls into Christians by prostitution or marriage. It is no accident that Christians accounted for 3 percent of South Korean population in 1953 and more than 50 percent in 1980. Christian missionaries have eliminated Hinduism from the Northeast states of Nagaland, Tripura, and Meghalaya. United States imposed the rule of Christian Chiang Kaishek over China, even when Christians accounted for less than 3 percent of Chinese population. Westward movement of Christian frontiers threatens world peace. Hindu civilization will militarily intervene to put a stop to the westward expansion of Frontiers of Christianity in Asia. Hindu and Buddhist missionaries demand freedom and full access to preach Hinduism and Buddhism among Native American Indians, Mayas, Aztecs, Incas, Amerindians, and Australian Aborigines. Otherwise, Christian missionaries should not proselytize in Asia.
(6) Islamic Mediterranean Asia & North Africa shall become Christian AgainFrontiers of Catholicism moved southward from Bosnia and Kosovo to Mediterranean coast of Africa and Asia. Mustafa Kemal Ataturk eliminated Turkey as an Islamic power. The CIA had installed Westernized Saddam Hussein in Iraq, and M. Gadhafy in Libya to keep Islamic forces at bay. Major Islamic nations Turkey, Iraq, Syria, Algeria, Libya are ruled by secular Westernized elite and their women follow Western customs. It is likely that Turkey, Syria, Egypt, Libya, and Algeria could become Christianized and Westernized, provided Christian military bases guarantee the freedom of marriage to Christians to their women-folk. Ancient civilizations of Egypt, Syria, Libya, and Turkey condemn Saudi Arab Bedouin nomads as barbarians, and hate them for Arab conquest and destruction of ancient civilizations. Syria and Egypt will reject Islam and adopt Catholicism to get even with Saudi Arabia. Hindu India will encourage the Christening of Mediterranean Islamic world to remove Islamic threat to Hindu civilization. Mediterranean Northern Africa shall reject the Islamic culture, religion, and Arabic language to reassert the non-Arab heritage of North Africa. North Africa is the Soft Belly of Islam, and Hindu India will join forces with Holy Pope to launch Catholic Crusades to bring back Egypt, Turkey, Syria, Libya, and Algeria into the folds of Catholicism. Christianizing Islamic North Africa and Arabia will remove Islamic threats to India. The 30 million Christians can raise well-trained army of 1,000,000 Christian Crusaders to lead the Army of Holy Pope to bring North Africa and Arabia under the banner of Catholic Trinity of Godhead. Under the able leadership of Holy Pope, the God’s Representative to the Sons of Abraham, the one million strong Indian Christian Army will overpower iconoclast forces, to bring North Africa and Arabia into the folds of Catholic Church. Catholics believe in polytheist Trinity-Godhead, venerate the images and statues of Jesus, Mary, and Saints. Catholics and Hindus believe in polytheism, and idolatry. Catholics and Hindus shall unite in their struggle against iconoclast, expansionist Islam. Catholic concept of Trinity-Godhead is similar to Hindu concept of Trimurti-Godhead, and both oppose iconoclast religions of idol-breakers.
(7) Jesus Preached HinduismJesus Christ gave his sermons in Aramaic. In the present day Syria, Lebanon, Israel, and Palestine, Aramaic was for centuries, between 900 BC until 700 AD the language of daily life, and it was thriving at the time of Jesus. Aramaic was the language spoken by Jesus. Jesus gave all his sermons in Aramaic. Hebrew was not the language of daily life. Hebrew was reserved for religious worship. Jesus never used the term ‘God,’ he used the term ‘Rab.’ Jews have distorted Christian Bible to suggest that Old Testament should form a part of the New Testament. The Study of the Christian Bible in Aramaic language suggests that the religion preached by Jesus was the total negation of the Judaism. The Christian concept of Trinity Godhead, God the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost were Blaspheme by Judaic traditions that are why Jews executed Jews on the Cross. Jesus was preaching to Jews the wisdom of the East, the wisdom of Zoroaster, Maggism, and Hinduism. Jesus belonged to the Sadducees Jewish priestly sect that opposed the Pharisees. Pharisee emphasized strict interpretation and observance of the Mosaic Law, a hypocritically self-righteous approach. The Aramaic term is ‘Perishaya’ meaning Persian of Farsee. The term Sadducees derived from Sanskrit term ‘Sadhu’ meaning wandering saintly person not attached to temple hierarchy. Jesus was a Hindu Yogi and he attempted to reform the religion of Jews by giving them Hindu insight. Judaic Old Testament expunged from New Christian Bible, when read in conjunction with Sadducees’ ‘Book of Johor,’ will remove many misconceptions about Catholicism. The chief theologian of Catholic Church Pope Saint Augustine was a trained Maggi priest and he encouraged the wholesale adoption of Maggi, Zoroaster, and Vedic theology into Catholic theology. Catholic Church adorned with deities and statues of Jesus, Mary, and Saints resemble Hindu temples, and elicits iconoclast diatribes of Jews, Muslims, and Protestants. Hindu civilization is willing to provide muscle for widely propagating the Catholic concept of Trinity Godhead with a form of a Father and a Son, in Islamic and Judaic world. Vatican will succeed in imposing Catholic Trinity of Godhead over the Islamic and Judaic civilizations before the end of the 21st Century. Catholic conquest of Islamic and Judaic civilizations under the unifying banner of Trinity Godhead is not against the interests of Hinduism and Buddhism. Hindu and Buddhist religious warriors are willing to work under the banner of Holy Pope to impose Catholic concept of Trinity Godhead over Islamic and Judaic civilizations.
(8) Trinity Godhead is HinduismThe concept of Godhead determines the choice that the religions and civilizations make in choosing allies in the civilization’s war. Monotheist iconoclast religions join hands to wage against religions and civilizations that believe God has a form, and display the images of God in paintings and statues in the Churches and temples. Iconoclast fundamentalists condemn the Catholics, Hindus and Buddhists as Idolaters and polytheists. Trinity concept of Godhead, God as Father, Son, and Holy Ghost is very similar to Hindu concept of Trinity of God. Catholics venerates the statues and paintings of Mary and Jesus Christ, just as Hindus and Buddhists do. Catholic concept of God as Father and Son means that God has a form and a body. Catholic concept of Trinity Godhead is the total negation of Judaic concept of God Yahweh, and Islamic concept of Allah. Catholics eat pork and have no religious significance of circumcision. Jews do not recognize Jesus as a Messiah. Muslims do not believe that Christian Bible is a divine scripture. Hindus and Catholics will join forces to wage war against Islam and Judaism to impose Catholic concept of Godhead as Trinity over Islamic and Judaic civilizations in Arabia and North Africa.
(9) Jesus Rejected Judeo TraditionsThe Catholic theology developed by Pope Saint Augustine was the negation of the Judaic traditions. Saint Augustine was a Maggi priest before he became Christian. Catholics borrowed many spiritual traditions from the Iran’s Zoroastrianism, Maggianism, and Hindu Vedas. Jesus spoke the Aramaic language. In what are now Syria, Lebanon, Israel and the Palestinian territories, Aramaic was for centuries the language of the daily life, and it was thriving at the time of Jesus. Hebrew was reserved for religious worship. A part of the original Bible and part of the Dead Sea Scroll written in Aramaic will shed new spiritual insight into real Christianity. Those Christians studying the Bible in Aramaic language will find that the religion propounded by Jesus was not the continuation of Judaic traditions, rather the total negation of Judaic traditions. Jews caused the murder of Jesus. Neither Jews nor Muslims would accept Jesus as the Son of God. The very idea that the Almighty God may have a Son is blasphemy for Muslims. Given a chance, Sunni Muslims will desecrate the Catholic paintings and statues of Mary, Jesus and saints. Pakistan sentences Christians to death, for violating Shariah laws against blasphemy.
(10) Christian Conquest of IslamPresident Bill Clinton is wrong in arguing that the West does not have problems with Islam but only with violent Islamic extremists. Fourteen hundred years of history demonstrate otherwise. The relations between Islam and Christianity, both Orthodox and Catholic have often been stormy. Each has been the other’s Other. The Capitalist Vs Communist conflict is only a fleeting and superficial historical phenomenon compared to the continuing and deeply conflicting relation between Islam and Christianity. More often, the relation has been one of intense rivalry and of varying degrees of hot war. The historical dynamics of Islam and Christianity often found the two communities in competition, and locked at times in deadly combat, for power, land and souls. Across the centuries the fortunes of the Islam and Christianity have risen and fallen in a sequence of momentous surges, pauses, and counter-surges.
(11) History of Islamic ExpansionThe initial Arab-Islamic sweep outward from the early seventh to mid eighth century (650 AD to 750 AD) established Muslim rule in North Africa, Iberia, the Middle East, Persia and northern India. Then for 200 years, the lines of division between Islam and Christianity stabilized. Then in the late eleventh century Christians reasserted control of the western Mediterranean, conquered Sicily, and captured Toledo. In 1095, Catholics launched the Crusades and for 150 years, Catholic potentates attempted to establish Christian rule in the Holy Land, losi
